LONDON / NEW YORK - June 5, 2023 - Signal AI, the leading AI-powered media monitoring and decision augmentation company, has announced the appointment of Peter Granat to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.

Granat, a veteran of the software and information services industry with a track record of guiding companies through unprecedented growth, joins Signal AI to contribute his leadership, expertise, and strategic acumen. With specialized expertise in B2B SaaS platforms and integrated information services, Peter has more than 25 years of experience leading global public and private companies, including 20+ M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Signal AI, Granat served as Chairman and CEO of global public relations software company Cision, where he led the firm through an expansion and growth phase that grew the business to over $600m in revenue. Since 2016, Granat has served as CEO of SAI360, a leading provider of risk, learning, EHS, and sustainability software. He has led the company through a series of milestones, including the divestiture of the organization’s Property, Assurance & Standards divisions, and its repositioning as a pure-play SaaS provider focused on risk, compliance, and learning.
