We’ve built a wide range of benefits to give the whole company and their families the emotional, physical and mental support they need. We want Signallers to prioritise themselves, so we operate a 2-3 day hybrid model across all our offices, giving you the flexibility you need. We have various local benefits, such as life insurance and medical cover, that your Talent Partner can tell you more about.

Hybrid Working Philosophy

We have a hybrid remote policy where we work remotely 2-3 days per week.

To further enable flexibility, we’ll have a fully remote block, 6 weeks over summer and 3 weeks over winter.

Unlimited Leave

We also know how important it is to rest, recharge, and reset. We let you decide how much time works for you!

Our Commitment to ESG & Ethics

Understanding our business’ impact on the world and how we can leverage this impact in a positive and innovative way is core to our values at Signal AI.

We are working with our internal Green Committee to reduce our environmental impact, improve our environmental performance, ensure we comply with and exceed all relevant regulatory requirements, and incorporate environmental factors into business decisions.

We want to play a more responsible role in the world, and encouraging our employees to do so too!

83% of Signallers think we make a meaningful commitment to social responsibility (e.g. diversity & inclusion, community, sustainability, etc.)
Signal AI recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We will encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same.

All our teams have a mixture of individuals with different capabilities. Product managers, software engineers, data scientists… they are all part of the same squad and they all have a role to play in the success of their team and the business.

For our teams to work well, everybody needs to have a say. That’s why engineers are not expected to just code, but to be product engineers. The closer you were to the functionality, the better you’d understand how to evolve it.

We truly believe that the key to success is moving fast but with baby steps. So if we noticed our direction got diverted, we could redirect ourselves quicker to the path we wanted to take in the first place.

In order to move fast, there are risks that need to be taken. We are expected to own the features we put in place. If something gets broken, who better to fix it than the people that built it in the first place? That doesn’t mean you are alone, there’s a full team behind you, but it means you take responsibility.
