We have a hybrid remote policy where we work remotely 2-3 days per week. To further enable flexibility, we’ll have a fully remote block, 6 weeks over summer and 3 weeks over winter.

Our recruitment process is orientated around our values. This process is tailored to the role you are applying for. It will generally consist of an initial screening from our talent team, a line manager/team interview, a case study/home task, and finally, a panel interview. The interview process is very much two-way and you can ask us as many questions as you like throughout this process.
All of our buildings and processes are flexible to suit different needs. Our Talent Team will ask you whether you require any reasonable accommodation during your interview process. If you have any requirements that will make you feel more comfortable, please let us know, and we will make the necessary adjustments.
This can vary depending on what kind of role you’re applying for, but the Talent Team will let you know all the timescales at every stage of the process.

The new joiner experience is key, and we take pride in ensuring that you are warmly welcomed! You will have 2 weeks of onboarding sessions, giving you an insight into the different departments here at Signal AI and the Signal AI culture. Each team also has its own specific onboarding process, such as 1:1's and onboarding buddies. After a few weeks, a member of the People team will check in with you to discuss your experience so far!
We work hard but we’re not clock watchers! If an earlier/later start and finish time will work best for you, let’s talk about it. While we’re not a fully remote business and love face-to-face collaboration and communication, we are equipped for remote work.
